A native of Pittsburgh, Andy Kozar is a New York City and Boston based trumpeter, improviser, composer and educator that has been called a ‘star soloist’ by TimeOutNY and noted for his ‘precise trumpeting’ by New York Classical Review.
An advocate of contemporary music, he is a founding member of the contemporary music quartet loadbang which has been called ‘inventive’ by the New York Times and ‘cultivated’ by The New Yorker.

Pete Walsh is a double bass player based in Boston, MA. He enjoys a vibrant, musically diverse career compromised of orchestral work, chamber music, historical performance, jazz and electric bass, and everything in between.

Colleen McGary Smith
Baroque Cello
A versatile and adventurous performer, Colleen McGary-Smith appears throughout New England on historical and modern cellos as well as viola da gamba. Colleen is a member of the Handel and Haydn Society, with whom she has recorded on the Coro Label. She also performs with Emmanuel Music.

Jenny Stirling
Baroque Viola
Born in the UK, from a family of fine classical musicians, Jenny Stirling trained at the Guildhall School of Music in London as a student of David Takeno. Diverting for a few years to explore her love of Culinary Arts, she resumed her musical studies, acquiring degrees in violin performance at the New England Conservatory of Music, and viola at SUNY, Stony Brook.
Jenny played for many years with Craig Smith and Emmanuel Music,
Renée Hemsing
Viola and Violin
Renée Hemsing specializes in chamber music and early music performance on both violin and viola. She earned her doctorate at the University of Colorado where her string quartet (Ajax Quartet) was graduate Quartet-in-Residence with the Takacs Quartet.
Renée earned her masters at the University of North Texas with Emanuel Borok where she also studied baroque violin with Cynthia Roberts, and her bachelors from the University of New Mexico under renowned Brazilian soloist Cármelo de los Santos.
Andrea LeBlanc
Flute
Flutist Andrea LeBlanc is devoted to furthering the artistry and expression of the flute by performing on instruments from the baroque, classical, and romantic eras. She has been praised by Early Music America for her “sensitive and beautiful playing, with crystalline tone and execution [that] made you wonder why it was necessary to invent the Boehm system for flute”.
Andrea has performed and recorded with numerous ensembles in the Northeast,
Amy Rawstron Watson
Violin
Amy Rawstron Watson performs throughout the United States on modern and historical violins in both chamber music and orchestral repertoire. She holds principal positions with the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra, the Pennsylvania Endless Mountain Music Festival and Venice Symphony as well as regular appearances with the South Florida Symphony, Connecticut Early Music Festival and Handel and Haydn Society.

Guy Fishman
Cello
Israeli-born cellist Guy Fishman is active as a concerto soloist, recitalist, chamber musician, and orchestral player. He is principal cellist of Boston’s Handel and Haydn Society, with which he made his Symphony Hall solo debut in 2005.
